We decided to take this letter C activity to the limit–Coco the Circus Caterpillar during Christmas!
Caterpillars make excellent acrobats if you think about it. They climb, swing, and dangle from leaves far above the ground, relatively speaking. After reading about Coco the Caterpillar who witnesses the Boston Tea Party from the endearing Animals in Time, we imagined what life would be like if we dwelled in gardens, climbing and crawling atop towering plants.
Since we have a little garden (thanks to our work from ‘B’ week planting broccoli and beans), and since we have a family member who enjoys drawing, and since circuses are fun–we decided to bring them all together!
